Emergency plans are made in advance so we are prepared and ready to respond in any type of community emergency.
A plan for your community
A plan is in place wherever you live in the region. Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot, Woolwich, and the Region all have emergency response plans.
How it works
The Local Municipality provides the first response in any emergency. The Region is ready to respond when an emergency impacts Regional services or when multiple Local Municipalities are affected.
